I had to purchase a few items for my daughter's first birthday which I threw into my shop and there are some other items pictured that I didn't have coupons for but had to throw in because I needed them. Many of the other items are the same as the last shop (check 3/24/10 post for more details) but I did add the following items which were on sale or were FREE:

NOTE: I will submit the ziploc bags for $5 rebate and someone is buying the cheese from me so my final total will be $3.10.
NOTE: A special thank you to the folks that gave me the Flinstones coupons. I purchased 2 more sets and will go back tomorrow for one more (that's right....I'm going on 3 shops this week). We use many of the items that are on sale this week so I'm pretty excited to stock up for the next 6 months.

Hey..also sent u some coupons for quantumatic detergent dispenser system..its a manufac.coupon for 3 dollars..had loads of extras..dont expire till 5/31...let me know if u want more..

Hey Tina, thanks for sending the Quant. Q. I like that system and will definitely use those this week. Where did you get the $3 Q for the Quant.? Is it the printable? If you have more I would love them.
I didn't break down the whole shop because several items are a repeat from the previous shop. Just look at the first shop this week for details on the things that I got in this shop.

The 3 dollar coupon is a tearpad coupon(sent u 30)i found at sweetbay...works perfect with the publix store coupon in the booklet....
Inspring as always! :) Unfortunately, I have been so blah, blah, blah about shopping this past week (I've been sick) and I haven't been motivated to get back in the game. But, your post kicked me in the behind! ;)
Wow! I am so amazed. I have doing a good job of saving yet still having trouble keeping my total down. Went to Publix yesterday and saved $199 and spent $65. Believe me, I am NOT complaining but my goal is to keep my food under $50 a week and I have found it difficult knowing what I am spending. Hopefully you can shed some insight into how best to organize and calculate your total on a shopping trip. Great job!
Awesome! I shopped twice this week. I am hoping to make bread, and the flour was on sale with $0.55 peelies on the package. I'm totally stocked up now...no excuses!

Dixie, I definitely bring a calculator with me and then I add my moneymakers first and then subtract my other items as I go. When my balance gets low I just quit shopping or throw more moneymakers into my cart. I used to try and apply my coupons to tax but I don't like to do this anymore as I don't want the manager to have to come over to approve the deal.
